We believe in working together, and all cooked bacon orders are prepared to our customers’ own specifications in our ultra-modern factory. We adhere vigorously to the highest standards in sourcing, preparing and distributing food products. We have a fully integrated HACCP food safety system and we are BRC grade AA certified. The company operates a fully integrated traceability system which uses full transparency and control over all of our materials in and out of our process. Product quality is a key focus of the entire team at Dew Valley Foods and it is at the core of how we operate. Strategic planning and product innovation are at the heart of our success, supported by a Research & Development Programme to build on our leadership in advanced technology.
