At Dew Valley Foods we have developed a bespoke process in order to produce the optimum bacon product. Our unique process has been developed over the years, working in partnership with key equipment suppliers to create a distinctive product. We have developed a unique curing process which creates specific flavour profiles, as per our customers’ requirements.
We have state of the art microwave lines which create strong flavour profiles and can accurately control the crispness of the texture of the bacon with no greasy residue on the product. We also use hot air technology to cook our breakfast bacon range. Using both technologies we can guarantee slice counts and help to control costs in your business.
